We have been Credentialed through Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OKDMHSAS) since 2013. This assures you will receive the highest level of care that is available.

Our Story

IBHS's owner, Todd Palmer, received his BS in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and his Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Todd has worked in Detox Centers and Youth Shelters providing counseling to varied populations.

After many years in outpatient counseling and serving as Clinical Director in two different agencies, he started a private practice in 2012 that turned into an accredited agency by 2013. Todd enjoys building up the IBHS staff in a caring and collaborative atmosphere and watching them grow professionally every bit as much as he loves watching patients transform and grow throughout their journey of treatment.
